Travis Barker on Crash Lawsuit

Two months after surviving the Learjet crash that killed two of his friends and injured fellow musician DJ AM, as well as suffering third degree burns himself, Travis Barker has filed a lawsuit pertaining to the incident.
"I wouldn't have been in the state I was in if I wasn't in the crash," he tells E! News. "You know, I wouldn't have 3rd degree burns all over my body or be prohibited to do certain things. I can't go swimming, I can't do some of the things that normal people can do. I didn't ask for that to happen."
However no amount of money can make up for the loss of his assistant Chris Baker and bodyguard Charles "Che" Still, who have a memorial fund in their name to help the victims' families.
"I lost two friends in the accident," Travis says. "Nothing can bring them back or what I lost in the accident."
Travis has been working on moving on, revealing that he's been getting ready to return to the stage with his friend with DJ AM for an upcoming gig.
