VIDEO: Sandra Bullock Talks Baby Louis on 'Today'

Sandra Bullock's interview with Matt Lauer aired on the Today show on Tuesday and the star opened up her love for New Orleans and new baby Louis!

Sandra has been working hard to rebuild a school in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.

While the Oscar-winning actress is celebrating the school she's still celebrating the adoption of her son, who joins in on her fun!

"Oh, he likes to celebrate. He likes to dance and celebrate," she says. "You know what, I got blessed. I got lucky. He's extraordinary."

“No one understands the shift in priorities about having a child in your life … until you have a child in your life,” Sandra explains. “It naturally shifts … he showed up and now, Louie's got the stage.”

Sandra even gives a big smiles to the cameras and wanted to share with America that Louis "has a healthy poop schedule" around the 5:30 mark. She still has her sense of humor!
