VIDEO: 'Teen Mom' Amber Admits Abusive Relationship with Gary

Teen Mom took a turn for the worst in last night's episode when Amber Portwood had another explosive fight with Gary Shirley in front of their daughter Leah that resulted in Amber using physical violence against Gary. The couple sat down with MTV after viewing the episode to discuss Amber hitting Gary.

Amber acknowledges to MTV that her relationship with Gary is abusive, but says she "can't help" herself.

Proving that, when Gary starts to speak up Amber interrupts him and in a sense seems to blame him for her actions.

However, Amber does admit that she cares about Gary and needs to get help.
