Jenny Craig's star clients held a "Party in the Plaza" at Lincoln Center in NYC on Tuesday, but it was more of a party than they anticipated!

Valerie Bertinelli, Ross Matthew, Sara Rue and Nicole Sullivan were surprised by a flash mob dance performance during the summer kickoff Jenny Craig event.

The flash mob sang Tina Turner's "Simply the Best" while dancing around the Jenny Craig stars.

They even ended the performance by lifting Nicole up in the air!
