Rihanna‘s music video for “Man Down” is rather upbeat — considering she’s singing about killing a guy.

Rihanna may have used the lyrics of “Man Down” to celebrate Osama bin Laden‘s death on Twitter, but the video in no way connects the two.

According to New York Magazine, Rihanna Tweeted the lyrics writing “Obama Bama Bama … sry I meant, oh Mama Mama Mama, I just shot a man down #brrrap.”

The music video for the song, however, isn’t explicitly about murder. Rihanna looks cute in a tropical setting as she walks around town. But, there is an implied sexual assault and murder throughout.

What do you think of the new music video?
