Maybe now that her sorta-hubby Blake Fielder-Civil is no longer incarcerated, it's time for <a href="https://okmagazine.com/search/winehouse" target="_blank"><strong>Amy Winehouse</strong></a> to be behind bars?

A spokesman for Winehouse said: “Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London yesterday morning. She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley Ball last year. She was charged with common assault and will attend a court hearing in the coming weeks.”

The victim apparently asked for a photograph with Amy at the event and claims the singer refused and then hit her.
