World Water Day: Watch Rihanna & Matt Damon Promote Change!

In honor of World Water Day 2011, OK! is taking a look at the work Matt Damon has been doing for Water.org to provide safe water to hundreds of communities without and how other celebs, like Rihanna, are getting involved this year.

The United Nations created World Water Day in 1992 to raise awareness of the global water crisis, USA Today reports.

Water.org, co-founded by Matt and Gary White, is one nonprofit organization that has been working hard to effect change.

The organization has helped hundreds of communities in Africa, South Asia and Central America by providing access to safe ware and sanitation.
