They may be already in Hollywood, but the American Idol L.A. hopefuls were far from reaching that golden ticket. On the whole, auditions last night seemed to be a bust on the hit Fox show. Judges Randy Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler looked like they wanted to run for the Hollywood Hills!

Ryan Seacrest even used the word "abysmal" to describe last night's auditions.

One of the most outlandish performances of the night belonged to Cooper Robinson, who closed out the show.

He claimed to be 59, however he didn't seem positive about his age. He stomped around as he attempted to sing "I Feel Good," more focused on his dancing and his jingling boots.

It seemed like Robinson was trying to be crowned this season's Larry Platt, who catapulted to Idol notoriety with his now famous Pants on the Ground.

The saviors of the night — brothers Mark and Aaron Gutierrez (only one year apart) who performed a happy, beautifully arranged duet of "Lean on Me."

Steven dubbed their performance "godlike."
