Sad news—Cory Monteith, also known as Finn on Glee, has been found dead at Pacific Rim Hotel in Canada. He was 31.
Twitter was abuzz earlier this evening with reports coming from Canada that the actor was found dead, and The Hollywood Reporter confirmed the news just minutes later. The Canada Police also verified the sad news, saying via Livestream that Cory was found dead at around noon on Saturday, alone, in his hotel room, by staff who went to check on him when he missed his check-out time. The police would not comment on cause of death or say if drugs were found in the room, as Cory's family had just been notified about an hour before the story hit the press.
