Watch Out, Briana! ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star DeJesus' Baby Daddy — The Worst Guy EVER?

Briana DeJesus will be bringing the drama to Teen Mom 2 this season — or at least her baby daddy will! Briana’s mom Roxanne alleged that her daughter’s ex, Devoin Austin, has an ugly history with her family, so much so that Roxanne has filed not one but three requests for protection orders against him, RadarOnline.com reported.

“I’m afraid for Briana and her daughter Nova,” Roxanne alleged when she requested her first domestic violence protection order against Devoin on December 27, 2011. “He texted me threatening to take the baby,” she alleged.

At the time, Roxanne claimed that Devoin and his sister had come to her house, “started banging on my door at 10:30pm,” and making “nasty threats,” causing Roxanne to eventually call the police.

Roxanne’s request was dismissed, but that didn’t stop her from filing two more requests for protection orders against Devoin just four months later, both on the same day!

Roxanne claimed that while fighting with Briana at their home, Devoin got so angry that she had to interfere. “He started to curse at me and made a motion to hit me. I finally got him out. He kicked my door so hard,” she alleged.

In her statement to police, Roxanne claimed, “I, Roxanne DeJesus, am worried and fear that Devoin Austin will cause physical harm to Briana and Nova. I know that he is very capable of physical violence towards me, Briana and Nova. He also has become violent right in front of the baby.”

Despite Roxanne’s plea, the case was dismissed, as was her third request that Devoin get no visitation with Nova and be prohibited from going within 500 feet of his daughter’s school.

In papers obtained from the Orange Country Circuit Court in Florida, Roxanne alleged, “I am in fear for my safety and my family’s.”
