OK! Exclusive Video: Corey Simms To File For Custody Of Daughters Again After Leah Messer Doesn’t Bring Ali To Therapy In Teen Mom 2 Sneak Peek

Corey Simms isn’t backing down in his fight against Leah Messer over the well-being of their daughters.

In an exclusive Teen Mom 2 sneak peek, Corey and his wife Miranda agree to bring Leah to court in another attempt to have 50/50 custody of Ali and Aleeah.

Their decision was made after Ali, who has been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, missed yet another therapy appointment despite the court threatening to change custody if Leah continued to make Ali miss her sessions.

“There should never be an excuse unless it’s something totally off the wall,” Corey vented to his wife. “She said Aleeah was sick. So what if Aleeah was sick? Ali needed to go to therapy. If Aleeah was even really sick.”

Corey then broke the news to Miranda that his ex-wife decided to not give the couple 50/50 custody of the twins because she wants them to have a “stable environment” during the week.

“Why in the hell do the kids sit there and tell me that mommy and Jeremy Calvert fight so frickin bad that they get scared and hide in the laundry room?” he asked his wife. “That’s the stuff that pisses me off.”

When Miranda said that they’d see what the judge has to say about Leah’s behavior, Corey added, “That’s my next step. To gather my information again and pursue it again because we can’t let it go. We can’t let the kids suffer.”

Teen Mom 2 airs Thursdays at 10/9c on MTV.
