The court made it's final ruling yesterday that concert promoter AEG Live was not negligent in Michael Jackson's 2009 passing. Katherine Jackson and Michael's three children filed a wrongful death lawsuit in April stating that Dr. Conrad Murray (who dispensed the powerful anesthesia) was unfit and or incompetent to oversee Michael's fragile health. It is said that Dr. Murray was not present at the trial and will be released from his convicted manslaughter sentence October 28.
