Did Shakira Have a Baby Boy or Pull the Ultimate Prank?

We know a few things for certain about Columbian pop star Shakira. She is very pregnant and the father to be is her boyfriend, soccer star Gerard Pique. But did she give birth to a baby boy?

According to a Tweet from Gerard yesterday--the answer is yes! The tweet was in Spanish (you can see it for yourself here) but translated to say: "Our son has been born! We are very happy! Thanks to all for your messages!"
