Four Guilt-Free Snacks to Always Stock Your Fridge With!

Snacking is a way of life and it happens to the best of us. But we got celebrity chef Paula Hankin to tell us some of her favorite snacks she keeps in the house so the snacking won't throw off your entire diet and/or waistline!

OK! News: Are you scared of green juices too? You aren't alone!

When we caught up with her at NYC playspace Frolic, she shared her favorite treats you can keep on hand in the fridge that won't sacrifice tastiness for healthiness. First up, cucumber spears with hummus. You can reach for this snack at any point in the day and it will keep you full for a long time. In the fruit department, Paula keeps fresh blueberries and strawberries in the fridge so you can eat them as they are or drop a few in a cup of plain yogurt.

And for the snacks that taste so good you can't believe they're good for you? Kind bars, which basically taste like a candy bar but are filled with vitamins and nutrients. The best part is you can get them at Whole Foods, Walmart and other grocery stores. Paula also recommends Sargento light string cheese which you can even snack on when you're on the go.
