Yoga guru Mandy Ingber celebrated the launch of her new book Yogalosophy with her celebrity clients by her side. Jennifer Aniston shared how Mandy’s work has helped her fall in love fitness and gave great advice for those beginning yoga, “You may feel like, ‘I can’t do this. It hurts.’ Just be patient and do little bits.” Courteney Cox also shared why she keeps coming back to yoga, “Yoga is obviously body, mind spirit, so that’s the best thing you can do.” Kate Beckinsale explained how yoga is great for everyoneeven those who are fans of working out. “I don’t love exercising, so I like the fact that there is always a ten minute period at the end where you’re lying down and relaxing and stretching…that part sees me the thought the difficult bits,” Kate said.
