“Yes, we are pregnant, this is true!” Mariah told Billy of the baby that is due this spring. “It’s been a long journey. It’s been tough because I’ve been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy.”

Mariah became tired of hiding her joyous news.

“At this point, there is no choice. I either talk or I hibernate,” she said.

Mariah and Nick chose to stay secretive about the pregnancy, as they had some scares in the past. The couple opened up about the difficult process of overcoming a miscarriage during the holidays last year.

According to Nick, the miscarriage brought the couple closer together and spoke to Mariah's strength.

“It definitely brought us closer together,” Nick shared. “It strengthened our relationship so much… She handled it so well.”

With the big secret out, the hot Hollywood couple plans to celebrate their big news with family and friends.

“The greatest gift on earth is a child,” Nick said. “We’ve had names picked out from the first day we met and we want to stay true to that.”
