Happy almost Thanksgiving! Most Americans are gearing up for at least some travel over the next few days to get to their turkey day, whether it’s planes, trains, or automobiles. But with such a gluttonous holiday on the way, should healthy eating and fitness go right out the window?
Erin Andrews stopped by Shape to discuss how she makes time for workouts despite her crazy travel schedule. You don’t have to be glued to a treadmill in your sad hotel gym—there are always jump ropes, or walking around your temporary city.
