It's a somber Monday morning after last night's Family Guy episode titled "Life Of Brian" and you can guess what that means. It's true. Even in an animated world, all dogs go to heaven and Brian Griffin is no exception.

Last night on the Fox comedy the beloved Griffin family dog was hit by a car, and seeing him laying on the table with all those bruises is enough to make anyone shed a tear. But then seeing the entire family weep for the voice of reason in the group? Pass the tissues please! This might mean one less voice for creator Seth MacFarlane but it means a lot less fun for the viewers.

Check out the clip above where the Griffins say goodbye and remember some of Brian's best moments. And the good news is both Conan O'Brien and Nick Kroll will guest star on the next episode (airing Sunday December 8th at 9 p.m. ET on Fox) so hopefully they will bring some cheer to Quahog!
