If you are one of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, listen up because Reza Farahan has an important message for you. The Shahs of Sunset star has been watching your show—quite closely—and he has a few things he'd like to say.

Watch: Oh, so this is Joyce from RHOBH's hair routine?

Whether you're one of the RHOA ladies or just need a little refresher on what's been happening this season on the show, Reza is here to help. First up Kenya Moore: if you invite Reza over for dinner, make sure you get some real napkins, he's not having any of that paper towel business. Plus he's on to you in so many ways, girl. Phaedra is a little safer as he says "I just like hearing Phaedra talk." Who doesn't? She has nothing but wise (and hilarious) words to say. Reza also explains he's "worried about my girl Kandi" and dishes on the one episode he joked he had to wipe down his TV.

Now Porsha is another story. Reza found one of her revelations this season to be "shocking and alarming" and offers her some words of advice. The Shahs star also says he is "always rooting" for Cynthia Bailey, but has a few worries when it comes to NeNe's hair this season, saying "it's just not working" while offering a few educated guesses why that may be. Bottom line: Reza's watching, and we're entertained.
