Lady Gaga hasn't really changed as much since the 90s as one would think. An old sexual harassment PSA featuring the Lady (then Stefani Germanotta) has surfaced revealing that even a teenage Gaga isn't afraid to speak her mind. Or not wear pants.

In the educational film, produced by San Francisco-based Cerebellum Corporation, Lil Gaga walks out of the school building only to be grabbed by a boy with frosted tips (of, course). Never one for subtly, Gaga throws the boy off her before giving him a piece of her mind. It's clear Gaga gets her point across since the perp hangs his head in shame.

Vintage videos of Gaga are becoming a bit of a trend. Just a few weeks ago, a clip surfaced of the "Pokerface" star on an episode of The Sopranos. And then there is her amazing appearance on MTV's Boiling Points, where the Lady was the only one to not earn the prize for patience.

Gaga often uses her art to address injustices she sees in the world. Her "Bad Romance" video was a critique on the treatment of women as commodities in the music industry and her dark "Alejandro" video was a commentary on "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," an issue close to Gaga's heart.
