Instead of feeling pregnant, Kayla said she felt "fat" on the show. At the age of 13, she was diagnosed with anorexia.

And even though Mike, the father of her son, Preston, was a huge support system for her, Kayla revealed they are no longer together. However, she said they maintain a friendly relationship for their son.

So, how is Kayla managing her anorexia now?

"It's pretty much day by day," she explained to MTV in the after show. "Some days I have really bad days where I don't even want to look or think about food. But then other days I don't really pay much attention to it. It's constantly running through my mind, but it's whether or not you act on it."

Kayla also said she thinks her pregnancy triggered her eating disorder to start up again.
