Yolanda Hadid is feeling healthier and is ready to make her return with a brand new reality TV show.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star left the Bravo show after her Lyme disease was called into question.

And now, Yolanda has teamed up with Lifetime for her new project called Model Moms.

The show will focus on Yolanda helping young girls navigate the modeling world and she has a lot of experience in that department.
