Big congratulations are in order for Amy Duggar and her husband Dillon King! The married couple announced on Sunday, April 21, that they are expecting their first child.
“We are completely speechless, overly excited and ready for the next chapter as new parents!” the couple told PEOPLE. Baby number one is due in October.
Amy has gone against the Duggar tradition of having kids right after getting married. She and Dillon wed in September of 2015 on the grounds of Horton Farms near Bentonville, Arkansas.
Both Amy and Dillon admit to being a bit nervous about becoming first-time parents but are excited to see what the future holds for them and their little one.
"I’m over the moon about becoming a momma!," Amy exclaimed. "I just can’t hardly wait!”
