Some people choose baby names from books, or name their children after relatives and loved ones. Law & Order star Elisabeth Röhm got her baby’s name from a dream.

“I had a really long dream where my daughter and I were talking and she told me her name was 'Easton,'" explains Röhm. At the time, we were going to name her Grace, so we decided we liked the name she told me and now, she's Easton.”

Röhm — who played Assistant District Attorney Serena Southerlyn for five seasons on the hit show — is due with her first daughter on her birthday — April 28. She and fiancé Ron Wooster found out they’ll be having a girl in order to bond with the baby during the pregnancy. ““I wanted to find out not because of consumerism. It was about having a relationship with her while carrying her. It's such a long time in your stomach, and it's nice to know it's a she — it makes the relationship between us more concrete.”
