Congratulations are in order for Dr. Marcus Setchell who received a knighthood this week for his service with the royal family. Not only has he been Queen Elizabeth's longtime gynecologist, but even put off his retirement to oversee Kate Middleton's pregnancy and delivery of Prince Georgenow that's dedication!

Get ready for Dr. Marcus' tongue twister new title: Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order. Or for short, Sir Marcus. "It was a precious, unforgettable moment when I held the future king of England," the newly knighted doctor explained after Prince George's birth. He even continued to say that royal baby's birth was the "pinnacle" of his career!
