Porsha Williams debuted her newborn daughter Pilar days after giving birth to her on Friday, March 22.

The Real Housewives of Altanta star shared an Instagram snap of her little one wrapped up in a colorful blanket on Wednesday, March 27. She hashtagged it #5daysold while also writing “This is what gave mommy all the heartburn.”

“Omg! Look at God’s beautiful creation!” her RHOA costar Shamari DeVoe wrote in the comments section. “And all that hair.”

Pilar is the first child for Porsha, 37, and fiancé Dennis McKinley. The Dish Nation cohost announced she was expecting on Wednesday, September 19. She revealed her baby’s gender the following month.
