Oh, Mama! Ashley Tisdale Is Expecting Baby No. 1 With Husband Christopher French

Congrats! Ashley Tisdale announced on Thursday, September 17, that she's expecting baby No. 1 with husband Christopher French. The High School Musical alum, 35, shared two snaps of her growing bump on Instagram. In the first picture, Tisdale and French, 38, looked lovingly at her stomach while they stood in their backyard. In the other photo, the blonde beauty — who wore a loose fitting white dress — couldn’t stop smiling at her man.

Of course, Tisdale’s celeb pals immediately commented on the exciting news. Kaley Cuoco wrote, "Omg congratulations!!!" while Becca Tobin added, "Ah!!!! Congratulations!!!" Tisdale’s bestie Vanessa Hudgens gushed, "Just the freaking cutest." 

The couple recently celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary on September 8, and the musician couldn’t stop gushing over their relationship. "Six years. There are so many moments, so many tiny fragile little moments that I can look at specifically. Amazing, beautiful bright ones and hard, cloudy difficult ones ... we just keep getting closer," he wrote. "I really can’t imagine life without you @ashleytisdale. I love you endlessly, Happy Anniversary ✨❤️✨"

For her part, the Disney Channel alum wrote a heartfelt message to her hubby. "I remember having so much fear the minute we got together because I couldn’t believe how good you treated me," she admitted. "I had never been treated that way. But I let go and trusted my heart and 8 months later we were a couple of crazy kids engaged."

"Chris, you truly have made me a better version of myself because you keep inspiring me everyday," she added. "Your heart is pure, you would do anything to make me happy, through the ups and downs you are my solid rock. I’m so grateful I get to be your wife. Just last year, Tisdale revealed she wasn’t quite ready to become a mama just yet. "Whether you’re traveling or you have to work or education or you’re married and not ready to have a kid yet, there are options out there," she told PEOPLE. "For me, it’s like, it’s OK to not want to start a family right away. People are always asking me about that, but it’s just not the right time. And I have options out there."
