Loved up! Katie Holmes looked quite happy as she cozied up with a new man, NYC-based chef Emilio Vitolo Jr., during their outdoor dinner date. The two made no attempt to hide their blossoming romance, as the A-lister sat on her young beau’s lap during their intimate night out.
The notoriously private actress, 41, shared a passionate make-out session with the 33-year-old at Peasant Restaurant in Manhattan Sept. 6.
In photos obtained by DailyMail, the Batman Begins star — who shares 14-year-old daughter Suri with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 58 — looked at ease in a white t-shirt and jeans with her hair in a messy bun and no makeup. Vitolo also sported a white t-shirt and wore a beige newsboy hat as he gazed into Holmes’ eyes.

Just last week, the Dawson’s Creek alum sparked romance rumors with the restaurateur after a Sept. 1 dinner date in SoHo. While it is unknown how long the two have been seeing each other, Vitolo commented on one of Holmes’ Instagram posts in July.
Vitolo works at Emilio’s Ballato in SoHo, which his father, Emilio Vitolo Sr., established in the early ’90s. The Italian eatery has welcomed stars including Whoopi Goldberg, Joe Jonas, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Bradley Cooper.
The young chef has also acted in Royal Pains and Inside Amy Schumer and has a slew of celebrity friends, including the Jonas Brothers, Sophie Turner and the cast of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Vitolo is the first man to be seen on Holmes’ arms since she split from Jamie Foxx in August 2019. After being linked to the Django Unchained actor, 52, for six years, the couple made their red carpet debut at the 2019 Met Gala — but split shortly thereafter.
The Jack and Jill actress was previously married to Cruise from 2006-2012.
