Looking for some healthy inspiration when it comes to chowing down while staying slim? Former Playboy bunny Holly Madison tells OK! how she eats on the go, while nutritional expert Keri Glassman offers tips for ways she can eat even healthier.

Breakfast

Holly's Meals: "I start my day with a Jay Robb Fudge Brownie Protein Bar and a coffee from Starbucks or The Coffee Bean," Holly tells OK!. "I always drink plenty of water in the morning."

Our Expert Says: "A protein bar is great in a pinch," notes celebrity nutritionist Keri. "Another on-the-go option: a hard-boiled egg. Pair that with high-fiber cereal and swap the coffee for skim latte (to provide a.m. calories, calcium and protein)."

Lunch

Holly's Meals: "My favorite lunch items include chicken caesar salads, a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado — which I had today — and a hamburger with extra pickles and fries."

Our Expert Says: "Grilled chicken is a great source of lean protein and the avocado is one of my favorite healthy-fat foods," says Keri. "I'd prefer this open-faced, on whole grain bread, with lettuce and tomato."

Our Expert Says: "This is great! Add cinnamon to the apple for an antioxidant boost. She may need more of a snack on some days; nonfat Greek yogurt or pistachios would be good choices."

Dinner

Holly's Meal: "Today I had sushi rolls. I love California, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls. I usually have miso soup and edamame with them; I get it all from Koi at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, in Las Vegas."

Our Expert Says: "She could up her whole-grain intake with brown-rice sushi. Stick to a maximum of one or two rolls, and add in sashimi for extra protein. The shrimp tempura could easily be sans tempura."
