Breaking News—Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie Are Separating

"Noooo! Why? I love them!," said many of the OKMagazine.com editors when we heard the news via E! Online that Hilary Duff and her husband, Mike Comrie are getting a divorce. An amicable divorce, but a divorce  nonetheless.

E! reports that Hilary and Mike, who got married in the summer of 2010, are splitting up but that the breakup is completely friendly and civil. Hilary's rep said:

"Hilary Duff and husband Mike Comrie have mutually decided to an amicable separation," Duff's rep says in a statement. "They remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."

Their son, Luca, turns two in March and is probably one of the cutest little guys in Hollywood, but we have no doubt Hil and Mike will work out a custody agreement so that Luca can spend plenty of time with both of his parents. Still, this is really pretty heart-breaking.

Also, Hilary is in the studio these days working on new music, so at least this whole thing will potentially lead to a really, really great breakup song? Just sayin'.
