Caitlyn Jenner is finally the person she always felt she should be, but apparently, her looks are still a major concern for her!

Since her transition last year, when she came out as a trans woman, Caitlyn’s reportedly spent big bucks to look her best! A source told OK! exclusively, “Caitlyn’s become more hooked on surgery than her ex-wife Kris since transitioning, but she’s using it a false crutch for her very low self-esteem and she should be spending it on therapy instead.”

Her face has certainly looked different in the past few months, and Dr. Zara Harutyunyan with L.A.’s Cosmetic Rejuvenation told RadarOnline previously that she believes “Caitlyn’s lips are much fuller and her cheeks are much fuller. In addition, her forehead wrinkles appear much smoother than they ever have.”

So why is she going to such drastic measures? Blame it on the newfound free time and lack of support from friends!

“Caitlyn’s had a rough time since her show I Am Cait was axed and she’s found just how fickle friends can be – almost overnight her phone stopped ringing,” said an insider.

And going under the knife seems to be her way of dealing with the negativity. “Turning to surgery is her default thing to do when she’s feeling low. She blew a million on procedures in 2015 and already she’s up to another million this year. It’s getting worse too – she wants her knees done next and more vein removal after that,” said the insider. Therapy may in fact be necessary!
