Late night host Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at American Idol judge Randy Jackson when he compared him to The X Factor's L.A. Reid!

As Jimmy revealed a side-by-side photo of both stars wearing matching glasses, he asked, "What do you think about this? This is you -- and then Simon goes and hires this guy.
