One of her close friends told RadarOnline that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians starlet is “absolutely out of control" because she's calling the shots on how she should live her life, though she is still a minor.

The teen recently bought her first house all on her own in Calabasas, Calif. and frequently has sleepovers with her older boyfriend Tyga, 25.
