Tamera Mowry-Housley’s ten-month-old son Aden sidles up in his stroller when we chat this week outside on the sunny rooftop of The Regency Hotel in NYC just before she takes the stage to promote the new Clearblue Advanced Pregnancy Test with Weeks Estimator.

The dapper little guy, wearing a green cap, is such a charmer that The Real co-host/actress/reality star, 35, and Fox News correspondent hubby Adam, 42, can’t wait to have another one!

OK! Exclusive: Are Tia & Tamera Identical or Fraternal?!

Tamera, who shot to fame with twin Tia Mowry-Hardrict on the 90's sitcom Sister, Sister, definitely has plans for baby number two.

“I am planning on having a second baby,” she tells me. “My doula says the ten-month spot is the sweet spot, because I’m having so much fun with my son. He sleeps through the night, he’s mobile, but not to the point where he’s breaking my back. That’s usually the time that people are like ‘OK, I’m ready for #2.’ That’s where I am right now.”

Could she handle twins though?

“laughs Oh my God, if I was blessed with twins, of course, I would be very grateful and very happy,” she says. “However, having twins is a lot of work, so I physically—or mentally—can’t imagine taking care of two at the same time.”

She adds, “I have to give parents of twins—of multiples—the high-five, because it’s a lot of work, so I’m fine with one.”

As a twin and parent herself, Tamera is in position to dole out advice on raising kids who are the same age.

“Make sure that people don’t see them as one person,” she says. “It starts with the parenting. Treat each one differently, because they are. What my mom did is she knew that I was a little more sensitive, and Tia’s a little more assertive. She handled us differently. She would say certain things to Tia, in disciplining her, like she would really give it to her, because Tia can handle it, and she would water it down for me.”

She continues, “It’s important to realize that they may look alike—or even fraternal twins, and they may have come out at the same time, but they’re individuals. Treat them that way.”
