One Republic, "Ordinary Human." Alas, we hear a song from The Giver soundtrack! Ryan Tedder and pals released the lyric video to this new tune, which they wrote specifically for the film. The rest of the soundtrack comes out August 5th, but we're good with playing this track on repeat in the meantime:

And in other movie soundtrack news, these guys recorded a song for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles soundtrack and made a music video for it, too. All three rappers have admitted to being fans of the franchise as kids, and now here they are, writing a rap about turtle shells for the movie! Full circle:
