Adele's James Bond Theme 'Skyfall' Gets Leaked Before Official Release

Forget the highly anticipated James Bond film, let alone seeing Daniel Craig or Javier Bardem on the big screen. It's all about Adele!

The British singer takes on the Skyfall theme which has already been leaked online. New York magazine called her version "sexy, cinematic" whereas The Daily Telegraph in London mentioned she belted it out in her true form by managing to "imbue this filmic torch song with something of her own, a sense of personality and heart."

Okay, we admit we had to look up the word imbue, too ("to influence as if by dyeing"), but her collaborator Paul Epworth sounds pretty psyched for everyone to hear the song in its entirety!

Only about 90 seconds leaked online and if his tweet is any indication, the rest of the tune is just as thrilling. He Tweeted, "I hear a short excerpt of Skyfall leaked. I can't wait for everyone to hear the whole thing because Adele's performance is jaw dropping."

As for the Grammy winner, her Twitter account has been pretty stagnant until her two latest tweets which showcase a photo of something resembles the cover to sheet music.

And of course, there's the big announcement that "Skyfall" will debut on her website on Thursday at 7:07 p.m. ET (yes, for all Bond fans out there keeping score, that's 0:07 in Great Britain to coincide with their promotional holiday better known as James Bond Day.
