Each week, Biggest Loser champ Ali Vincent brings you her unique perspective on the show — only on Okmagazine.com!

So in true Biggest Loser fashion.... Surprise! You thought you figured it out and now, the game is changing!

Not only did they bring back a player, but for the first time in Biggest Loser history, they are letting the contestants still on campus choose who comes back. This is probably one of my proudest moments having been a contestant and also, a self proclaimed MOM of the Biggest Loser, being the first female winner. I so wanted Victoria to finally have the chance to know what it's like to truly be on the Biggest Loser campus. Victoria, you have been through the ringer, take advantage of your opportunity... you can do it!

ALI VINCENT'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG: IS HOME A REALITY ON TV?

So I know that the contestants voted in Vicki, as Jill calls her, but Melissa won her way back through the 1,000 step challenge. Just saying I think that she would have kicked my behind as well! Or maybe not but who knows?

Most of the contestants would rather Melissa not be there, but the reality is they have no control this week, as both Vicki and Melissa have immunity.

Vicki take it in, you have know idea after his week how long you will actually be on the Biggest Loser campus, so take it all in! Listen to both Bob and Jill and every little tip you get, I always prepare for the week on weekends. For me, all of my friends make fun of me for doing so, but the reality is you should as I still do is prepare for the week ahead of you and I use a ton of Ziplock bags.

Stress is stress, regardless if it is emotional or physical. Stephanie, I don't know what we all saw, but why? Is it true that you are playing both sides — because I have never seen it. I wish that you never gave any of your friends the opportunity to question your motives, because you are not a threat. Why are your closest friends questioning you?

On my season everyone thought I voted against my teammate when I voted against Brittany. However, it was down to the wire and honestly I promised when I came back to campus to Mark that I would not EVER vote against Mark or Jay, so I couldn't. Brittany is now one of my best friends and always will be.

ALI VINCENT'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG: BLUE VS. BLACK — BRUISING COMPETITION

Being on campus is so confusing  — people are playing one end against the other, if you were not on campus you could separate the truth for lies, but the truth is.... you are not!  eople plant seeds and you get confused, maybe you wouldn't think of it in the way that you would in the "real world," but you are not in the real world, you are on a reality show!  So things get confusing.

I think that what felt like true friendship maybe felt betrayed this week and that makes me extremely sad.

So here we go — the dreaded weigh in, someone has to go. Really? Sam and Stephanie? After we all saw them in the latest tabloid, that they are in LOVE... talk about dreaded circumstances, for them.

ALI VINCENT'S BIGGEST LOSER BLOG: TAKING THE GOLD

I don't know because I wasn't there, but what I do know is that Sam has continued to be a leader when he didn't have to be and this week I can only imagine the way that everything got confusing. Please don't hold it against those that loved you, Stephanie.

You are beautiful and I can not wait to see you at Finale!

Is friendship questioned in a mixed reality or does true friend endure the trials and tribulations?

Until next week,

Ali xo
