There's some good news and some bad news concerning Amanda Bynes. The good news is that she's finally taking control of her problematic hair and unfortunate extensions.

The bad? She decided to do so by just shaving her head. But unlike Britney Spears, she only got half the job done.
The troubled actress tweeted pics of her new 'do on April 25. "Buzzed half my head like Cassie," she boasted. "No more old photos! This is the new me! I love it!"
