Amy Winehouse Won't Face Drug Charges

Police will not charge Amy Winehouse for various offenses in a 19-minute drug video, her rep confirms to OK!.

"Police have confirmed that no action will be taken against Amy Winehouse in relation to an investigation into a video handed to them in January,” the singer’s rep tells OK!. “She was questioned by police last week and released on unconditional bail. They have now concluded their enquiries and no charges will be brought. Amy’s bail date to return to Limehouse police station has been cancelled, bringing this matter to an end.”

The 24-year-old Grammy winner was last Wednesday for the video, which shows her doing ecstasy, cocaine and crack. She the next day and was released.

Just yesterday, Amy had another brush with the law -- her friend Kristian Marr and was taken into custody.
