AN ANGEL COMES TO BROADWAY

Good morning Broadway! Former O-Town singer, Ashley Parker Angel, 31, is getting a new hairstyle as he joins the cast of Broadway's, Hairspray. He will star as Link Larkin, the heartthrob who falls in love with the heroine of the show, Tracy Turnblad.Ashley, who released a solo album last year, Soundtrack to Your Life and starred in his own reality show, There and Back, joins American Idol contestant, Diana DeGarmo who currently plays Penny Pingleton. Hairspray opened on the Great White Way in August 2002 at the Neil Simon Theater.
