More than two years after her accidental death to a drug overdose, those Anna Nicole Smith left behind are still in hot water with the law over the circumstances of her demise.

On Monday a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered Anna's sometime boyfriend/lawyer Howard K. Stern and two of her doctors, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, to face hearings that would determine whether or not they should go to trial, Reuters reports. They are charged with conspiracy and providing painkillers, sleeping pills and other meds to Anna Nicole before her death.
