Anthony Edwards Returns to the ER

No, not even the good doctors at the fictional County General can raise the dead, but they do have vivid memories.

Anthony Edwards will return in flashback scenes as fan favorite Dr. Mark Greene during the final season of ER's Nov. 13 episode, says NBC.

Anthony's character died of a brain tumor in 2002, and will join others from the hospital's past during the 15th and last season of the popular show. The names of those characters haven't been released yet.

The famous halls of the TV hospital have launched many careers, including George Clooney, who left the series in 1999. Anthony is setting such a good example – how about it, George? Once more for old time's sake?
