Ashton Kutcher has finally filed for divorce to officially end his marriage to the Hollywood actress more than a year after they split - but what a time to file - just before the holidays!

The 34-year-old actor reportedly set the wheels in motion today in L.A. County Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences.
Ashton and Demi tied the knot in September 2005 but he was accused of cheating on her on their six-year anniversary and they separated two months later.

The Two and a Half Men star has moved on with Black Swan star Mila Kunis. The love birds have been friends for years after working on That 70s Show together back in the day but got together romantically earlier this year.
