'Bachelor' Jake Pavelka Admits Multiple Dating Makes Him Uncomfortable

The Bachelor hunk Jake Pavelka has juggled 25 bachelorettes, weeding out 21 to leave him with a final four, but the pilot admits that serial dating just isn't his thing.

"I actually prefer one-on-one dates, it's the intimacy of it," Jake tells Entertainment Tonight. "I've never been a good serial dater. Probably what my parents would tell you is one of my biggest faults in my dating history is that I'm too loyal too quick.

"And, it just feels strange having four, five, sometimes six women vying for your attention all at one time. You don't want to isolate anybody, but you know you have to get to know everybody on that intimate level in front of the other women. It makes me very uncomfortable actually."

Last night Jake headed to the romantic Castello di Amorosa winery in the Napa Valley with a two-on-one date with Gia and Vienna during The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love.

"You just have to trust somebody through conversation, different things that they say, their motivations in life, their history," he says.

"Different things like that. And I tend to be a pretty good judge of character. I get that from my parents. Discerning these women so far hasn't been a problem."

But Jake is looking for more than just a girlfriend, this airborne stud wants a wife.

"There's a lot of chemistry," Jake admits. "The strangest thing is I've never had chemistry for more than one girl at the same time and I'm falling for more than one girl."

Next week, Jake will travel to the hometown of each of the four finalists. "My strategy for finding the right women in such a short amount of time is just to be extremely vulnerable, and open, and really get down to the hard questions first. And then just see how everything develops," he says.
