Apparently, sometimes when man pits himself against nature, nature wins: Bear Grylls, host of the popular Discovery Channel show Man vs. Wild, injured his shoulder during an expedition in Antarctica.

The outdoorsman was working on a project promoting alternative energies sponsored by biofuel company Ethanol Ventures, the New Zealand Herald reported, when he hurt his shoulder. He's been flown home to England to have his injury treated.
