Hospital reps also confirm that the celebs were "billed the standard rate," and that no security plans would have prevented or delayed other parents from gaining access to their newborns.

This all comes in the wake of news that a couple, Neil and Ros Coulon, were denied access to their twin girls, born prematurely, in the ICU due to Beyoncé and Jay-Z's security detail.

"We were in the NICU and they told us we couldn't travel any farther," Ros tells Today's Craig Melvin. "We said, 'Why?' And they security said 'Uh, well, we're moving hazardous materials.' And I said, 'Really? On the maternity floor?' "
