New career plan means a new hair color for Katherine Heigl! By turning in her Grey's Anatomy scrubs her dark hair went with it as she is now back to being blonde! The former Grey's star was seen leaving the set of a new film with her daughter Naleigh Kelley in L.A. on Wednesday.
