Bobby Brown Disses Fans the Morning After New Edition Concert

Although Bobby Brown took the stage at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut merely hours after he prematurely left ex-wife Whitney Houston's funeral, perhaps the day after the concert was just as momentous.

During a performance on stage, Bobby gave a speech: "I want to give blessings to my ex-wife, Whitney Houston, I love you. I want to give blessings to my kids, my fiancée, my brothers points to members of New Edition and each of you points to fans."

NEWS: BOBBY BROWN SINGS FOR WHITNEY HOUSTON ON STAGE WITH NEW EDITIONThe morning after the concert, Bobby and his fiancée Alicia Etheridge were spotted exiting a hotel elevator at 11:30 a.m. After denying fans in the hotel lobby an opportunity to take a photo with him, he took Alicia and their son, Cassius, to the water fountain. As they threw coins in the fountain together, he seemed distant.Next, they headed to the Mohegan Sun's Summer Shack restaurant. Before sitting down to eat, Bobby purchased souvenir sweatshirts at the merchandise counter. Even though Alicia told him she would "never wear" the sweatshirt, he continued to buy, buy, buy. He bought a large lobster plush for their son who appreciated the gesture, pulled on the lobster's leg, and said to his dad, "I love you."OK! NEWS: BOBBY BROWN TURNED AWAY FROM WHITNEY HOUSTON'S FUNERAL?After ringing up the bill, the cashier claimed the total was $159.50 and he exclaimed, "Man, that's nothing!" He asked the cashier to toss in t-shirts for every sweatshirt in the bag. As he leaned over the counter and dialed a number on his cell phone several times, an exuberant fan rushed over to see him.Well, Bobby shooed the fan away with a hand gesture saying, "Please, you can see I'm trying to make a phone call?"
