After a brief sabbatical, it looks like Alli Sims is Britney Spears' right-hand man once again. Robert Baker, owner of Millennium Dance Complex, where the singer's been rehearsing for her upcoming Las Vegas gig, confirms Alli and Britney's reunion exclusively to OK!.Yes, it looks like Alli is back,' he tells OK! 'I know she was due for a break since she has been working as Britney's de facto manager for months and has been attending to Britney's needs every day since she left rehab.'The time apart was necessary and well-deserved for the aspiring performer, Robert says. 'She was sort of thrown into this months ago, at a time when Britney needed support and a solid confidant she could trust.'But Alli's break wasn't all rest and relaxation. The 26-year-old spirited to Las Vegas to orchestrate her cousin's Aug. 31 performance at LAX, Sin City's newest club, and has been handling all of her future projects. Now that she's attached to Britney's hip again, expect the pop star to get back on track.'Alli made sure Britney was healthy and working out every day and keeping a nice balance in her life, given the pressure she was under,' Robert says.Without her cousin, there was no one to keep Britney in line.'When Alli is not around, Britney kind of does her own thing and often flakes out on important things like the callback she held but didn't show up for last month,' a source at the dance studio tells OK!.The 25-year-old mother of two is keeping her appointments now. She met with a choreographer ? who is also a friend of Kevin Federline's ? earlier in the week and plans to start rehearsals next week for the eagerly anticipated performance.'The show in Vegas is going to be simple,' the source adds. 'A couple of numbers with that video she shot a few weeks ago as the intro to the show. She's talking about that new song. I think it's called ëGet Out,' but I'm not sure. She's working with funeral get-ups, sort of the whole metaphor of burying the past. Should be fun.'By Joyce EngPhoto: Wireimage.com
