City prosecutors in L.A. had lodged the complaints in the criminal case after Britney hit a parked car and left the scene without talking to the owner, while driving with an out of state license, according to the Associated Press.

Brit's attorney in the case, J. Michael Flanagan, reportedly rejected a plea deal that would have resulted in a year probation and a $150 in her misdemeanor license case.

Flanagan says that the Britster is being unfairly targeted due to her celeb status and wants the offer to be reduced to an infraction with a $10 fine. And if her case does go to trial, as it's scheduled to do later this month, he'll appeal any resulting conviction.
